USA Census 2010:
Did you know that in this day and age the term Negro will be featured on the latest census forms? I understand the rationale, the legality and the 56,000 rule. The term Negro should not be on the census forms. No testing is needed. Period. We cannot be fooled any longer. These grandiose schemes are suspect and stupid. This term has cost enough in blood and tears and many, many are still suffering the brutal consequences because of the hue of their skin
People have benefitted in the past by exploiting those deemed o be of an inferior race. People have been displaced, dispossessed and destroyed because of race. The West, notably the Europeans, brought the racism "plant" to Africa where it soon became naturalized and exploited in well-orchestrated social conditions. They sliced, diced, and divided Africa at will without ever consulting any African country, changing both the landscape and map of Africa to suit their exploits. In the international struggle for dominion over Africa, Europeans were besotted with the inferiority-superiority paradigm, and Africa has suffered much because of this implanted notion of the inferiority of the black peoples. The inferiority mantra gave Europeans a cover for exploiting Africa and its peoples, most notably the enslavement of Africans and the colonization of Africa. The second-class citizenship that they gave to the blacks gave them political power to dominate the majority. Their negative depiction of Africans duped the world into believing that Africans were primitive, barbaric savages. Africa was the continent that had to be saved, and Africans had to become civilized and regenerated. What a grand scheme to hide their greed and need for Africa's mineral wealth! They were not only interested in the mineral wealth of Africa, but also in its human capital. Hence a lucrative slave trade that ripped more than 20 million men from their families ensued. They would work on plantations and mines in the Americas and the Caribbean. Later the bulk of the slaves were needed for American plantation expansion and economic growth.
America cannot build a united nation as long as there are different sets of conditions governing its people. America should move from the white-American-African-American-paradigm to the proud-to-be-American-paradigm. Americans can do it and once again lead the rest of the world by example. The world has enough problems and crazy people who are fanatical about terrorism and violence. There is no place for cross burning in this civilized nation. Racism has to be recalled. It is defective, it cannot be remedied, it cannot be excused, and it cannot be tolerated. It has to be removed.
Together, we shall overcome, today!

Yes, all the racist and discriminatory harm that has been done would not have been possible without the philosophical foundation of different "races" of humanity. As you so eloquently put it, "There is just no scientific or biological basis that supports a claim to being racially different. Race has only one purpose and that is to boats superiority and to denigrate those that are deemed inferior in terms of race."Exactly! Like you, I consider it a shame that "Negro" will be used on the 2010 Census forms. That should be seen as an embarrassment to the US Government. I can tolerate something like "Of African descent", but being classified by my government as "Negro" (Nigger) in the 21st century, that's worse than insulting and beyond ridiculous, especially when you have a black president in the White house. ~mogama~
