Capitol Quake: Obamacare Died, Democrats Fail Kennedy Legacy

Annoyingly encouraging, surprisingly disappointing is my current emotional state. I congratulate the Republicans on utilizing the same Internet campaign strategies as that utilized by the Obama election machine. However, what the heck is going on? How can Senator Edward Kennedy's workbench go to a Republican? What happened that the Democrats turned in such a lack luster performance? Were they not smart enough to know that the Republicans will go all out in their campaign? How smart of the Republicans to capitalize on the weaknesses of the Democrats.
All and sundry are tearing the president apart in the name of politics. Do we not take pride in our President? Is he not the Commander in Chief? Does he not deserve some respect? We might not like the person but what about the office of president? Are our children not watching and reading the well crafted menu of Obama delights dished up by his political foe..and even by fellow democrats? Is it okay for the democrats to desert the president in the name of political expediency?
President Obama, Republicans, and Democrats I urge you all to go in search of the soul of America. What does America stand for? What are Americans willing to die for? It is only what we are willing to die for that is worth living for. What will be left for our children once the Democrats and the Republicans have successfully neutralized and check- mated each other? You need not fear WMD because you are doing a great job of destroying yourself. America has to find a more expedient way of doing its political business. Again I am willing to say that there is too much bigotry in the system. What is there in America to protect if we have destroyed Americans, the soul of the Unites States of America?
Come on fellow Americans ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country as a beloved president said. Once, long ago the world looked up to the president of the United States. It was an honor to watch the parades, the fanfare and the spirit engineered by the president's presence. With so many Americans selling out on this one year old Obama presidency Al Qaeda no longer has to sweat to produce those people who are willing to sacrifice their own lives in pursuit of the destruction of America. Americans are doing them a favor.
Vigilance is a village effort. Reach beyond our differences. Connect with fellow Americans whether from European, Caribbean, African, Asian or native decent. Let ancestry not be the guiding principle; envision a future where we are all Americans on American soil, irrespective of where we came from. God bless the president, God bless America. Stop the bigotry.

Having said that, I am glad to see the change in Massachusetts. We live very close to the CT/MA border and have seen grave dissatisfaction in MA. The state has a mandatory health plan so ask the folks there just what they really think of it? Ask about taxes, jobs, real estate - We have a business in Massachusetts & know just a little bit! Just decided to erase my commentary; best not to get into the politics. Your article is well written and I read it with interest.
